Job Description
The candidate must have a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen,
demonstrated experience and proficiency in Engineering services in the Aerospace industry. Proven experience in designing aircraft
structures & interiors is required. Candidates with experience in working on Boeing Aircraft structure and supporting design software
(CATIA V4/V5) and PDM/PLM (ENOVIA/DELMIA) environment would be preferred. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 12 to15 years
of design experience with capabilities to manage design programs. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skill.
Exemplary leadership ability along with excellent organization and time management skills is critical to this position.
- Prime responsibility would be to manage team of design engineers and achieve production and quality targets.
- Expected to monitor and report performance to meet or exceed dynamic production schedules and changing deadlines. Monitors work based on skill, experience, and location.
- Provides timely and accurate information on production schedules and deadlines.
- Will draw upon domain expertise to resolve complex technical problems associated with production activities.
- Reviews team member's performance, and communicate to management addressing strengths and weakness, production schedule, and quality.
- Establish production process as per CDG norms and ensure they are documented and followed by the team members.
- Would be required to establish a technical training program capable of providing cascade training to team members.
