Job Description
Candidate should possess minimum of 10+ years of experience in Aerospace Engineering/ Service organization involved in marketing/sales activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft office and any CRM tool is essential.
Education Qualification:- Min: BE or equivalent.
- MBA is Preferred.
Requirements:
Must have a complete understanding of the Aerospace Engineering Services sales cycle starting from suspect till closure of the business.
Should have experience in the following:
- Handled Marketing team with lead generation, pre-sales support.
- Industry specific go to market strategies and service offering for market service offering definitions, compelling reason for the offerings segment definitions, value drivers and value proposition Go To Market strategies.
- Marketing for the practice.
- Identify the key differentiators and create the market positioning Industry events, Analyst coverage.
Take ownership of the Inside Sales function for lead generation:
- Assist Sales in proposal preparation & sales cycle.
- Ability to understand the key business drivers and buying parameters of a market.
- Contributed significantly in large pursuits.
- Developed high value proposals in engineering.
- Developed Sales packs and marketing collaterals.
- Handled customer visits and delivered marketing pitch.
- Has done industry research and identified new service lines.
- Branding activities like participating in Air Shows.
- Created business leads.
- Developed response for large RFI / RFP.
Reporting Structure:
- Would report to the Vice President - Sales and Marketing.
