Digital Document Indexing and OCR Services
Indexing of scanned documents enables rapid retrieval of critical information. CDG uses both intelligent human-driven and automated OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies to create indexing for digital images. Higher quality assurance standards are ensured by utilizing an “Enter – Enter – Compare” process, where two separate operators independently index the same document, then compare results using automated systems.
Digital Output and Delivery
Output from scanned images can be provided in numerous formats, including:
- Indexed PDF
- TIFF, JPEG, GIF
- HTML, XML
Scanned image files can be converted for delivery in a number of selected engineering software formats and delivery platforms
Other media delivery options include CD-ROM, magnetic tape, FTP, or access via customized web-based repositories.
